You are our field-based representative for commercialisation whose mission is to ensure the success and the exchange of unbiased scientific knowledge between the Global/European KOLs and the company. Serving as a primary liaison for sales related questions and supporting awareness of TTP, you are responsible for our client's product in your assigned territory.

The Work Locations

 

Whilst the final sizing of the territories is work in progress, our plan is to start with in total

  • Six Key Account Professionals in Germany,

  • One for the UK and Ireland, 

  • Once for Switzerland and Austria

  • Three for Italy

  • Two for France

  • One for Spain

  • One for Portugal

  • Two for the Nordics

  • One for Belgium and the Netherlands

Your Tasks:

 

Operate the national and European strategy

  • Develop a territory business plan to ensure successful acceptance and adoption of products within your assigned territory

 

  • ​​​​Develop programs to enhance territory sales and build business plans to meet goals. Seek and analyze information on competition, market and industry trends and discern how this could impact the business and adapt to changing conditions

 

KOL Partnerships

  • Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers in the territory

 

  • Represent our client at national and international congresses in collaboration with the medical affairs department

Internal functional group collaboration

  • Integrate and partner with colleagues (i.e. MSLs) and Company team counterparts to maximize appropriate territory activities and accomplish positive results for our company and the customer. These include Medical Science Liaisons, fellow sales representatives, marketing personnel, and managed care account managers

  • Complete all administrative duties and compliance policy training in a timely manner

  • Adhere to INCR Research/inVentiv Health and company standards and values for personal honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability

The Product

The drug you will help to launch is set to decrease the mortality and morbidity rate related to TTP, a condition which affects patients in the middle of their life with a mortality rate of app. 20% to 30% even when diagnosed and treated timely.

The Team

 

Our national KAM teams are small and effective. Depending on the country, you will be integrated into a team of up to six field-based professionals. This ensures recognition through the entire organisation and gives your voice an impact. 

What does it take to get this job?

You are a commercial professional who has demonstrated previous success as a KAM. You were previously working with Orphan Drugs and supported the launch of a product in the rare disease field. Working in an academic setting and having good knowledge of natural science, you are keen to work as an expert on a national level and have excellent communication skills in your local language as well as English.

As a person, you love the exchange of ideas and information with your peers, colleagues, and team members. A "customer first" attitude is as much a part of your work ethic as your ability to establish and maintain relationships with the people surrounding you. Your sense of accountability and your high integrity make you a well seen and recognized medical spokesperson.
